Reflexology is a holistic therapy that treats the whole person mind, spirit and body. It works on the theory that every part of the foot has a reflex zone corresponding to another part of the body. By massaging and working reflex zones of the foot along with gentle breathing it encourages relaxation, increased blood flow, headache, anxiety, and unblocking of trapped energies.
